Lunch It Forward is a registered 501 (c) (3) nonprofit that partners directly with public schools to eliminate school lunch debt, ensuring students can access nutritious meals without stigma or interruption. We work with donors, businesses, and the community.

Q. What’s the most important thing you want people to know about your organization?
We want people to know that school lunch debt is a solvable problem, and no child should ever feel embarrassed or go without a meal because of their family’s financial circumstances. We’re committed to restoring dignity one meal at a time.

Q. Tell us about one of your recent success stories
One of our biggest successes has been building the foundation for long-term impact in a very short period of time. (We are newly formed in 2026)

Lunch It Forward is different because we focus exclusively on eliminating school lunch debt by partnering directly with public schools, creating immediate, measurable impact for students and families. 100% of every donation goes to eliminating debt.

Q. Share one of your favorite Summer Vacations and why.
My husband and I just returned from the BVI, and we both agreed it was the best trip we’ve ever taken. It was the perfect place to relax, unplug, and explore the islands at our own pace.

Q. What do you like about being a Member of the Brookhaven Chamber
I am a new member, but appreciate all of the local focus you provide.
