Circle 4 Marketing
Ellen Peacock, Founder & Growth Marketing Strategist
Q. What does your business do or provide to the community?
Circle 4 Marketing is a consultancy focused on helping business owners and executives scale at a pace their systems, team, and budget can actually support. Sustainable growth starts with
clarity, not more marketing.
Q. What’s the most important thing you want people to know about your Organization?
After 25 years across hospitality, SaaS, nonprofits, and retail, I start by finding out what your business can actually handle — then build from there. I break the reactive marketing loop, building a capacity-first strategy that sticks.
Q. Tell us about one of your recent success stories
Taste of Atlanta needed to stop the waste. My capacity-first approach was the guidepost to find the gaps and still meet her business goals —and we came in under budget & improved every marketing metric. From founder, Dale DeSena: “Ellen’s marketing diagnostic identified gaps in our communication channels, and once she helped us align and streamline our messaging, our ticketing strategy saw a 27% increase in sales. Her objective perspective and clear guidance were exactly what we needed to move forward with confidence.”
Q. What makes your organization different from others like it?
I address the operational root causes behind why marketing stalls. Instead of just adding more activity, I bring clarity, alignment, and capacity to how marketing fits into day-to-day business operations. I don’t just fix today’s marketing problem; I build systems that keep working long after I’m gone.
Q. How does your organization give back to the community?
Building business goes hand-in-hand with building community. I proudly support the Father Christmas Cup, an annual holiday soccer tournament for grieving Atlanta families, and serve on Giving Kitchen’s Georgia Engagement Council, providing emergency financial assistance and vital aid to food service workers in crisis.
Q. Share one of your favorite Summer Vacations and why.
An amazing World Cup stay-cation! Watching England v Congo at The Benz with my family was a bucket list experience. I met my British husband playing soccer at college. Celebrating with our 2 sons & the community we’ve created in ATL over the past 30 years feels full circle.
Q. What do you like about being a Member of the Brookhaven Chamber
The people: members & proactive leadership. The Chamber is building by listening, even giving me a platform to host a marketing readiness workshop to empower local restaurant owners ahead of World Cup. They’re truly invested in our community.
Q. Have you been to any Chamber events? What has been your favorite and why?
Yes, I regularly attend Coffee & Contacts, but my favorite event so far was the AI Power Lunch series. The cross-sector panel featured experts who delivered practical, tangible insights far beyond high-level theory—it was incredibly useful.
