MyHRLane provides culture-first, human-centered HR solutions that help small and growing businesses build compliant, high-performing workplaces without needing a full internal HR department. We support the community by strengthening leadership, protecting employers from risk, and helping employees thrive through smart systems, strategic guidance, and people-focused practices.

Q:What inspired you to start your business or enter your field?

Early in my career, I faced a workplace environment that was hostile and discriminatory, and in that season I made a quiet promise to myself that I would one day help create something better. As I later thrived under exceptional leadership and in dynamic, empowering workplace cultures, I saw what was truly possible and became committed to building environments, through MyHRLane, where people feel valued, protected, and inspired to reach their fullest potential.

Q:What is your favorite part about being a woman in business in Brookhaven and surrounding areas?

My favorite part about being a woman in business in Brookhaven and the surrounding areas is the strength of the community and the willingness to collaborate over compete. There is something powerful about building alongside other driven, visionary women who support one another, share resources, and genuinely want to see each other win while making a meaningful impact in our local businesses and community.
